Chef Rachel Watson is more than a chef: she is a new age Renaissance woman.  She is a lover of "language", earning her first B.A. degree from the prestigious Spelman College in Spanish, concentration in Latin American Literature, "food", earning her second B.A. degree from Stratford University in Hospitality and Culinary Management, and "music"; she is also a professional vocalist and songwriter.
